If you are not sure if the property is in a flood zone, please call your lender regarding the status of the "flood determination." If flood insurance is required, you may need to order an elevation certificate. Please let us know as soon as possible, as the closing could be delayed until flood insurance is secured. Insurance should be secured well in advance of the closing date in order to insure no delay with the lending institution.
